The course explained things thoroughly. I found a couple things that were confusing but my teacher, Don Widmayer was very helpful in explaining things to me.

I would have enjoyed additional real life case studies or examples of situations and how licensees can work through them.

The course as a whole was informative

I think that maybe videos should be incorporated in the lessons or maybe some type of cartoon so the lesson is not only reading but seeing the examples or lessons as well.

I would have preferred more interaction in the units. I am a practical learner, so reading a high volume of information was sometimes very difficult for me to process. An in-person class probably would have better suited me, but I was unable to attend one due to my scheduling.
